Start by reading the stickys at the top of the newbies forum. aka asking about how to remove the limiter is a no-no.
Turbo or supercharger depends on your goals and ability.

gavin, i will only recommend using a VCM editing software called HP Tuners to you in your search to raise limiters.
turbo or supercharger...?
it depends on your power goals and or how much in detail you would like to get into your build. GM performance parts makes a direct bolt-on supercharger kit for your engine, its the easiest thing to do as it comes with full instructions and its completely plug and play. there are also turbo kits out there for this engine, hahn racecraft makes a nice kit and has produced some very nice numbers on cars here.
both have their advantages and dis-advantages...
the supercharger kit's ease of installation and factory-like feel is nice but it is limited power wise, most have never seen 250whp from the kit. some have exceeded that and done rather well though.
your own custom turbo kit could be made to reach higher numbers if done correctly and tuned well. hahn's basic stuff is good for about the same power as the supercharger kit but you can get upgrades for stuff and be well on your way to more power.
its really up to you on which you would prefer. in any event i recommend reading up on both systems and filling your head with as much information as possible on the subject of 'boost'. there are literally TONS AND TONS of threads/posts/stickys here for you to go through and gain knowledge.
Don't bother helping him, he is just another ricer with ricer dreams.

Your Canadian z24, L61 Ecotec is 140Hp, not 155 like the LD9 96-02 models.
Turbo or super depends on your goals.
Turbo is harder.
Super is easier.
Both seem to hard for you to take on....till you read a lot more.

i personally prefer a supercharger, just becasue of the responsiveness of the system. having owned turbo AND supercharger vehicals, i must say i MUCH prefer supercharged vehicals, as the powerband is alot more predictable and easier to learn. although i also am the worlds biggest hater of turbo lag, so take this witha grain of salt.
and dont bother asking about the speed limiter. theres no reason to go 100+ MPH. dont say there is, its just stupid, unless this car is ONLY driven on a track. if it sees the streets, it sees a limiter. no 2 ways about it

Get all the parts you need in a pile, and drive the car into it.
They will find their way into the correct places.
^I'm glad you learned that after the thread you made on 507 lol.
