yes you will learn alot on this site but if you ask the wrong question people on here will flame the sh!t out of you. So be careful on what you say or ask, Ive seen people that dont work on cars on a reg. basis ask a question and wants to get an answer and people will rather make fun of the guy than help another j body driver out. but any ways Welcome to JBO.

ya thats not cool cuz i join forums to get help, offer help and get advice, typically everyone goes thru that stage where autozone parts and stickers on car are "cool" phase and i bet everyone here has done that at one time, but i dont like ppl flamming others. informize b4 criticize aka offer an opinion or help before flamming. im still looking at all the posts and im stoked to see soo much useful info for my girls ride (99 sunfire) that i wantted to join. so welcome as well buddy!!

If you ask a question that's been asked over and over again, then you will get flamed. Make the search function your best friend and you'll be fine.

You'll see I don't make many topics for the simple reason I always search and usually find the answer I need.

you are right there on ppl that dont use the search button but ive seen peopl that want to try and do something no ones has done before and might ask a question on what some of the other ppl on here have for ideas. just so they can get more views on where to start and then thats where ppl get flamed. because some body says that is an horible idea or the dont like the concept . Some not all ppl on here sometimes dont see that this person is trying something new and just wants a lil advice but doesnt care if some one likes thier idea or not. ive seen it many times as for V6Z24 the ppl on there will say they dont like your idea but will still help the person so that that person can get what he wants accomplished without all the bs flaming.

I agree. ALOT. Have a new idea that is different or hasn't been done, or mentioned yet at least and get instaflames, bam! get the extinguishers. there is a lot of usefull info, but not always can you fint EXACTLY what you want by searching. Also why not post a post for a question when theres never ever ever ever going to be anything new from gm for the cavaliers, like new models, accesories or anything, so the only new posts are going to either be 1 questions, or 2 oh look what i painted, or fiberglassed, or my wicked timeslip from my 3800 swap etc. so I welcome new posts even if its been asked or said 13 times in the last month. everyone is going to have a different take on things and might have different ideas or questions on an old subject. listen and answer, if your not here for it then why keep logging in, or at least keep checking newbie/maintenance forums etc.??

btw i hate my 2200! wish my 98 had an eco like my 05 maybe one day I will change that.
