is it possible to install an electronic boost controller on my eaton m-45 blower?

Sure it's possible, but it'd be a stupid as hell setupo. The maximum boost is dictated by the pulley size. At and near WOT the bypass valve (which recirculates manifold air back into the inlet of the supercharger) closes, sealing the manifold from the intake, thus allowing full pressure to be built from the supercharger outlet.
A "boost controller" would control how much vacuum the bypass valve sees and prevent the bypass valve from closing, making you boost LESS, and @!#$-ing with your driveability. The only way to increase boost is by changing pulley sizes, spinning the supercharger faster.
You need to read up on how superchargers function.

No. The boost on a supercharger is limited to pulley size.
It should be possible to install one, but it's not going to do you any good. Boost pressures are controlled by what size pulley you have on the S/C.

The newer Cobalt SS/SCs have an electronically assisted bypass valve which GM implemented to limit the boost pressure under certain conditions (reverse, drivetrain abuse detected, high ECTs, etc.)
Again, it's a useless thing to consider, as it would be a measure to reduce your pressurization... if you want more boost, get a smaller supercharger pulley to spin it faster.

thanks for the info guys ,
i got a smaller s/c pulley on the way,
wanted the capability of being able to turn down the boost ,thats why i wondered if you could
also dose any one offer a a light weight over-drive crank pulley?
but that raises another question.... to keep the alt. at the same speed what size should that pulley be ..for every 10th" you add to the crank how much do you add to the alt..
is it as simple as add a 10th" to the crank and add the same to the alt???
thanks again for your info guys

just my 2cents, but I would say jusst get some light weight stock crank and alt pulleys and a smaller charger pulley
just would make it easier I would think, and then it would not put any more strain on he motor(trying to spin a larger pulley).
you are not thinking of underdrive pullies are you(the smaller ones)?
I wish I had the SC, that would be sweet
There's no reason for you to want
less boost lol. But if you can't handle the 4-5 psi that it'll make stock, put on a bigger supercharger pulley so it spins slower... decreasing its efficiency and power.
I have absolutely no clue why in the world you would ever want to do this. You control the boost by your pedal position... it's not like it's boosting all the time.

well ,talked to the speed shop and my tech they bolth figure that you can increse pressure with a controller.
planned to twin charge the car after i get a built motor. so i already got a controller, well im gunna try.
thank for your 2-bits
