Does the stock radio control the central locking?

so switching out the stock radio wont effect my central locking
03+models have the key fob thing if thats what your talking about. where u have a preset sequence of buttons to turn on the alarm and lock the doors,in case you dont have the remote
If any one tampers, will alarm come?...
