not very much for 05 cavalier
Saturday, August 29, 2009 3:03 PM
I've had my cavalier for a couple years but everywhere I look to find something for my car, it says that it only goes to 04. I've been trying to find a turbo kit for it and I didn't think there was a difference. Why does it say that?

wasnt the cavaliers last year model suppose to be 2004? just so happens that it either got extended or GM sold the remaining 04s as an 05.

yeah it's annoying seeing everything to 04 when they made them til 05. I figured it was all the same, just didn't wanna spend money on something that wouldn't fit

The 05's were probably all made in 04 with the rest and then sold as an 05 year model...if memory serves me correctly, right after they manufactured the last lot of 04 models, they started to tear down the production lines to convert them into Cobalt/G5 lines up at Lordstown...look at the sticker in your driver door jam, it'll give you the manufacture date of your car.....
..but either way, anything 03-05 will work for you.
