I have a 03 Cavalier LSS and want to know if the 03-05 sunfire gauges are plug and play?

yes....u may have to do a passlock relearn which isnt hard at all

00-05 j body gauges are from what i have read and seen interchangeable, ill be running a 03 sunfire cluster in my 00 cavalier
what exactly is a passlock???
I've never heard of that happened as far as i can remember, I swapped 03 sunfire gauges into my 04 cavy no problem, it's all plug and play.
