Hi I just bought a 99Z24 Cavi and none of the headlights work. I checked I have power to the lights but the pass side only has 8 volts the driver has 12. And i dont think there is any ground at the lights. Then when i tur the headlight switch on the left turn arrow comes on and stays on . This is really getting to me I really want to drive the car . any one have any ideas
