Yes that is the question.. I cracked my 2.3Liter timing cover and i need another one to replace it but unfortunetly they made this engine just 1 year so its very diffficult and i was wondering if a 2.4Liter will fit please help!

the 2.4 has the oil fill at the top, the 2.3 has it from the front in between the runners of the intake manifold.

you should be able to get the timing cover off of any of the 2.3 engine (it wasnt on just the cavalier) the 2.3s came in grandams, berettas, sunfires, and quite a few other gm cars that i cant think of off the top of my head
