Hey all sorry if this has been asked a million times but I am in a time pinch here. They have my car in the shop where a lady hit me in the front end. I was wondering if someone knew if the SS 4 door front bumper would fit, without any trouble, the LT 2 door cobalt? The body shop is going to change the front bumper for me to one with fog lights...currently they ordered the one with the snap in inserts for the fog lights. Also if someone could loan me the last 8 of a 4 door SS cobalt vin so I can get the right part number would be sweet. Thank you and I'll continue searching...was just trying to get a confirmation on this. Thanks, Keith.

LOL yeah right...I have talked to 4 different dealers...they ALL say....uh...well they are showing 5 different bumpers for this car...I uh...can you get me the VIN #?...lol...

Here it is for ALL if they need help with it:
The 2 and 4 door fascias are the same...only 1 part number is listed in the parts book.
There are 2 SS fascias:
SS/SC/TC has slots cut out for the "chin" spoiler
SS/NA/Sport does not have the holes for the "chin" spoiler.
To fit either on the LS or LT you also will need the lower L+R brackets as the SS fascias are ~2" lower than the LS/LT fascia. Also, the SS/NA uses an air dam that fits on the LS/LT (The LS/LT air dam won't work on the SS Fascia). The SS/SC Air Dam won't fit as it attaches to brackets on either side of the radiator -- these brackets are only used on the SS/SC.

The upper grilles are interchangeable between the models -- you can use your LT grille in either SS Fascia
