I was wondering if it was worth it to get a ported throttle body for my 97 if I already have a cai

2.2 or 2.4? I thought someone said the gains are small until u start doing headwork and that. But could be wrong.. also in one of the stickies, I think it's performance faq there was something about using a 2.3 tb. It's been awhile since I read it though. But if you do a swap, it would be cheaper to use a bigger tb off a different engine.

yeah it will work well though gains will be minimal without cams...tune...ect, ect, but yeah the throttle body off any 2.3L quad4 motor will be a larger bore than the ld9 if thats what you have that is...2.4L twin cam
