I am new here and to the j-body world. My mini I had was '98 2.2 sonoma. So the 2.2 isnt all that new, god I love the heater in these things here in Michigan. I never owned a small car until recently, I had to sell the 2 door daily for something bigger since my family went down to one vehicle and we had a 2nd kid on the way. A few months ago my bigger vehicle i though was decent, 2002 ford escape motor and tranny went at the same time.. junk. ford. yuck.

Fast forward to now, I recently purchased a 99 cav rs for a whopping $500.. cheap was good, engine runs like a F****** champ, body is hell though.. I feel there is more rust than there is stable metal on this vehicle. but I love driving it. plans were to find a newer cavalier and use the old beater for either parts or run it till it dies.
