Hi, I own a 1999 cavalier with a 2.2 liter engine. I am looking at replacing the fuel injectors. I found a great deal on a pair of injectors for a 1999 but they are made for a 2.4. Will these injectors be compatible with a 2.2 It's a stock engine no mods.

No, the 2.4 injectors have a higher flow rate. Like 20% more iirc.

Stock ln2 are 19 lb/hr I believe. 2.4 are 24 or 26.

It'd probably run; but not well without a tune.

I can look around the garage I probably have about 12 stock injectors laying around if you're in need. (They range from 70 to 100k miles but they worked fine years ago when taken off the car)
