Just wondering if anyone has found a good place to buy crate motors.

Say if "someone" wanted to "replace" an ecotec?

Looking for ported/polished head, and any other modified internals, ready to run. Any info would be great.

Is Mantapart an ok way to go? I know they have a ready built motor which SEEMS to be what I want.

Dealer says a stock motor runs $6000 Canadian.

first of all this doesnt belong in the racing forum, second you can probably pick one up off ebay and have all the work done for a decent price

thats only place i know of to get a replacment motor. besides a salvage yard
but chances are, the engine is not modified in anyway
