well i placed second in the event at moroso brought home 337 bucks. the car ran constant 16's all night....cant wait to do it again!!

Portland International Raceway, in Oregon. Their web site doesn't say anything about it but I know they do it.

basically it gives the slower car a head start.
lets say you dail in at (and dial-in means what you think your car might run) 16.5
the guy you are racing dials in at 16.0

you get a .5 second head start. reaction time plays into it as well. at most tracks, if you dont have a .100 or better RT then you need practice.

there is more into it. ask some of the people or even the track owner for more info
