Dirt track race car.
Just wondering about a little more easy power?
Are the cam swaps I read about on here to get a quad 4 up to what my motor allready is?
I can change the air cleaner to anything I want, what would you suggest?
Would I benefit from diff injectors?
Stock exh manifold is required, no muffler, cat etc. just straight pipe is ok. is that the way to go? or does it need some back pressure?
The car I have runs awesome it seems to have a lot of power up top, not a lot of midrange.

well running open header certainly wont help your midrange power but theres not alot of options maybe a 2.25 inch that might give you better torque than a 2.5
kick out as much weight as possible obviously as that will help you in pretty much every catogory, not sure but you may be able to make some gains porting the intake manifold a bit, some new injects are always a good thing i believe stock on those motors is 270cc, some 26lbers should do fine, run an msd ignition if rules allow, some nice gains can be made on the cylinder head

Low end? what's that? On the Ho, the peak torque is at 5200rpm so forget the 2.25 exhaust. Go 2.5". Stock injectors are 32lbs. Make sure you have the 086 head, 90-92 exhaust manifold and 90-91 small ho pulley.
