Took it to the local 384' bracket racing track and let the car have a lil juice....

It went 6 passes on a 75 shot on 94 octane with a stock timing curve and 1-2* of knock retard on a couple passes. Plugs look semi-decent but the AFR's bounce like a mofo in 1st and I couldn't get rid of it even running practically no nitrous. I generally run a tenth or so faster at mission so 1.6 60s yeehaw.... yes, I should be able to go 12s with only a 75shot as I was running nearly 2 tenths faster in the 384 than my buddy with a 12-second Civic.
Now someone buy this thing... it's getting boring.

It just seems like such a waste to build such an animal when it looks like you probably won't even run it in the 1330...
Nice times though, I'm only critical because it's a bitchin car and you're a good driver that could take it where it wants to go.

Yeah, the 384' track is only 10 miles from my house... to go to the 1/4 mile track means a ferry, 2 hour drive, and a visit to the parents for somewhere to sleep.
$180 for the ferry.
$150 in gas for the truck.
$150-200 in gas for the car.
$100 of nitrous.
$100 of food, drink, etc (gone for at least 2 days)
Total is $780-$830... where a trip the local track is only $200 or so... not a cheap car to run in its current state.
In the past I've made 5-7 or trips to the 1/4 mile every year but with work and travel I've only been able to make one and all I was able to do was melt spark plugs. I'm hoping to get out there but since I'm going back to school this week, we'll have to see how much time I can afford racing... not to mention the fact I wont make the trip without knowing the car can put down enough power to run bottom 12s, high 11s.
