My best time was 17.483 @ 79.66
My best R/T was .184
Best 60 Ft was 2.452
Best 1/8th was 11.214
My car had just a custom cai and 2 inch exhaust whit a new cat and glasspack.
i plan on breaking into the 16's soon
I'd say before more mods just keep working on your driving and launching. That 2.452 60 foot time is pretty slow and indicative that you just dumped the clutch at the line instead of doing a quick slip. Even with the 2.2 you should be able to hit 2.2xx 60' times because of your manual, that alone is going to get you hella close to 16s.
The 2" exhaust isn't really doing much though, upgrade to 2.25" to make some power, and add a header at the same time. That plus an underdrive pulley and some mounts should get you close to 16s, or into them depending upon the launch.
They make underdrive pulleys for the 2.2 ohv engine??? yea i know that 60 ft is pretty bad but it was my first time at the track that i ran in and plan on workn on it more and goin to the track more often..
Well how did you like the meet man??? Well the first time i went out i just had an intake and a cat and header butt this was my best time i ran!!!!! out of 200 cars i placed 4th it was for high school drags last year

Well i wont b goin to the track anytime soon with my car anymore... i was leting my girl learn how to drive a stick n my car and well she go distracted and wrecked it...i plan on buying another cavalier that a lil bit newer like a 97 with a eco but yea right now im just gunna take the engine out and start building on that motor for a turbo....
