I think its for every tenth you drop off your 60' = 2 tenths down the 1/4.

That means if I could pull a 2.1 second 60', I'm in the 14's
I ran at cecil last night was was not too happy with my times. 15.3 on both. Im gonna get a set of steelies and 205 50 15s. I will be 14s before the end of this season. My current tires are bald as hell and get no traction at the light.
The weather has been @!#$ty and i've been busy on weekends helping build other cars
I'll definitely post up when i run again
Come on man get out to the track!!!!
Im with you on running street tires..... and My launch is my weak point also... I still have stock mounts and suspension
so getting the launch just right is a PITA. A little to low = wheel hop from hell.... a little to high and the tires spin way to much... thats why I average a 15.2 but if you get the launch right.... you'll know it... when I hit the time in my sig I was like "whooly crap.... it hooked up!" lol

Get back to the track man!
I just broke 14's this year finally, hoping for mid-ish 14's by seasons end.
WELL??????????????????????????????
Sorry no news. there have been events at maple grove, and wedding this weekend.
I probably won't go back until temps are below 80's around here. I'll definately post up though. No need to keep bumping this one lol
get a "H" brace to stiffen up the whole chassis/front suspension. that cut 3-4 tenths consistently off our fwd dsms. lowering the front end helped huge amounts on my eco. when i bought it, it would spin through 1st and 2nd then bark 3rd for 5-10ft. once i lowered it. i dropped a 1/4-1/2 sec, i can dump&feather my clutch from 3500 and bark 2nd with no wheel hop. it still spins a little in first if i give it too much gas. its all about controlling the vehicles weight throw and center of gravity. since your not trappign more than 110 try and get all your weight situated over the front of the car, as youll have no issues with rear swing going that sped
