though i would post up a vid of my car and say hello

its a gm ( vauxhall ) 2.0 8v ohc custom turbo engine

running on megaquirt

astra

and heres my brothers car

both these cars are built by us mapped by us the tigra is running a 50 shot of nos but the astra is just turbo

theres a bit more to come from both cars when we stop snapping camshafts

not bad for little 8v ohc engines

Those engines where used in the second generation sunbirds, you might get a better response in the second gen forum seeing as atleast you have the same engine. The Astra isnt exactly a J body.

I love those cars tho, I was right into them when I had my sunbird and was looking to swap from the C20GET to a C20DET with the F40 gear box, we never got the AWD version tho like in the Calibra. We also never got the C20DET top end, we do however have the euro ecotec motor (diffrent than our US eco) I believe it was Z20DET. Its been a while since I've been into those motors.
Anyways, cool to see someone still playing with the old sohc motors. Why you came to this forum tho I have no idea.
