Heading back to the track sunday, was wondering what would give me better time, 16" z24 rims with really good tires or a near bald snow tire on 14" steelies, either way ill probably try both but just curious.
well ran a 15.2 on the 16's with a 2.3 60ft, prolly gonna stick with those and get the 60ft down
try em both...
but whatever you do, let the air out of em. it helps quite a bit. start by going down to 30, then try in 2psi increments. if it starts getting slower, put it back up.
Familiar Taste of Poison.
I did run them at 30, the snow tires suck cause they are so old, no traction at all, The 16's got good tires on and at 30psi I ran that 15.2, by september I will hit 14's once I can get my 60ft down better
