Looking to beef up the right side suspension on my son's '02 Cav for 3/8 mile circle track. Recently had to replace the right front strut and am curious if the spring from a right front strut can be moved to the right rear? Seems like if it would fit it would certainly provide better response in the cornering.
It's an "OEM" part specific to the car... so it will pass tech at our track if they check.
Just looking for options and alternatives.
Thanks,
Keith
the way that i stiffened mine up some was i jacked it up and allowed the strut to drop down and filled the spring with tennis balls its redneck i know lol but it works....but on yours looks like as long as the top and bottom plates was big enough for the spring to ride that it'd haft to work
