Took my 2001 5speed z24 to track tonight live in ohio by columbus so idk what my elavation is but wow best pass of the night was 16.15 ? Car is bone stock was launching at 2500 witch seemed to be the best spot but i must say i am dissipointed

Ive been drag racing for years but my mph was 85 and my 60 ft was 2.3 and ran a 9.74 in the 8th i was just hoping for 15s makes me sad lol

I ran a 16.3 with a 2.25 60ft in a 2200 with bolt ons. You should be able to break 15s. I could have with practice I think.

If i had tires i know i could but anything below 2500 was a pansy launch and anything higher onte preped serfice was wheel hop like a bitch lol

I deff need motor mounts and stickyer tires to launch harder my one pass i launched at 3000 and wheel hopped soo hard my wipers came on lol

A stock 5spd z24 with a good launch should be close to the 15.7 range, based on everything I have seen around here.

Well next year ill have motor mounts bfg kdw2s and suspension set up and im fabbing my adapter at work for my m62 so next year will be fun

Low 16s is normal. High 15s if your a GREAT driver and have a well maintained car... with a manual.

Im not dale earnhardt lol but i think my 60ft shows im no rookie with my 5speed. Just sucks Couldnt get it to launh above 2500 with out wheel hop issues but im ready for next year

Make sure you drag the clutch out cause wheel hop kills diffs. Keep going to the track 15s easy doable stock.
Well the track i go to here in ohio is closed now and by spring it wont be stock any more so shooting for a strong stock 1/4 time is out the window unfourtionatly :/

Yeah not adjusting tire reassure is one of the biggest mistakes I see people make.
I think with a lower tire pressure you would have gotten a better launch resulting in a better time.
