Ok so im on my way home from work and stop at the stop light. Some dude comes up stops and then slams on the gas and rear ends me
SO then I pull into the bank and he pulls in. He is like right away is there any way we can do this without the cops. Im like umm NO and called them. So as we are waiting im checking out the damage to my car. The bumper looks fine except for paint scuffs and cracks. Yeah nothing to really bitch about but still pissed me the @!#$ off. So he is all asking how much do I think its going to be to fix. So i told him well the kit costs 1000 dollars and so that means a new bumper if needed is about 400 plus then about 2-300 for paint and installing it. He is like @!#$. SO i tell him if he wants to keep this out of insurance thats fine by me but the cops will have to make a record of it. So in comes the cop and he takes my info down and then starts with the other guy. Get this license expired last year. His insurance card is "at work" so yeah glad I took my parents advice in calling the cops no matter how small the accident. Oh yeah THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE I will be going out to take pics of the damage in a few minutes.

I did when i got rearended, but i got hood struts.. that wouldn't work so well.
had a guy tag my old car once. and he had the odassity to blame me and yell at me when I was stopping at the stop sign that he failed to see.
Things got so intense I had to subdue him, which isn't one of my prouder moments. I Wrung his arm around and kicked his left leg out from under him. Sure I let him go but not after making him calm the hell down. I think he had a fit of road rage and I was unlucky enough to have been there.

Thats no fun, but the damage looks pretty minimal even in those up-close pics.

man, people in chicago are not having a good time right now, did you see mine b4 the pics were removed due to too much bandwith?? i cracked my front bumper on a damn sewer cover!!! yeah, what are the damn chances. i do wish someone would have rear-ended me tho, would not take this damn long to get paid!! goodluck man!!!

i had almost the identical thing happen to me, to this day my rear bumper when you get upclose has little scratch/crack marks from when that ass hit me coming out of school
it pisses you off, i know even if its a minor accident
