Long story short...guy put his hand up my girlfriends skirt when she was walking up the stairs...i confronted him and told him to leave out house.
this was a couple months ago.
So fast forward to friday night. Im going to work and he shows up. Hes a friend of a friend that lives with me. He sees me grab my 2 way and headset out of my truck and goes inside. So i get up yesterday morning and go out to get some @!#$ for my new truck and i find this.....
He was brandishing his knive to everyone all night and bragging about how he was gunna slice me if i came near him again.
So hes graudating from my college today and i confront him. I told him what happened and that i thought he did it, he said so what if i did, are you gunna do something abou WHAP! right in the @!#$ face. And hes down for the count. His "mommy" came running and started screaming at me. They called the cops and there deciding on wether or not they want to press charges. Its one of those, if you dont make us pay for it we wont press charges kind of things....
I feel so much better...

I wrote that in my first post. He wants to press charges. It would be Assault and Battery in the 3rd degree.
If they do im pressing criminal charges on him and making him buy me a new tonnaue cover which is expensive and hes on probation so if he gets arrested for this then hes going to jail for a while...
Like i said in my first post its basiclly if i dont press charges then they wont.

I looked at it like this..its my spare truck and at the moment needs to be rebuilt. Yeah the covers new but having to pay for it aint gunna do @!#$ to him...And now i feel better
Oh and my laywer mentioned that someone had a video tape of it that they wanted to use as evidence. They wont tell me who has the tape and they wont give me a copy of it. Id like to post it.
