So Halloween night it seems some local vandals had some fun. My neighbours cars had their passenger side mirror kicked off, my father's grand am as well, and my car was keyed. They were obviously locals because my car is the only one with an alarm, and the only one that got keyed instead of having its mirror booted. Anyways, thats besides the point.

My father's 2003 Grand AM's passenger mirror is motorized, and the wiring motor and mirror are all in good working order, the only thing that broke was the outer housing. Does anyone know how to removed the mirror and motor from the housing, and is it possible to just buy a new housing rather than the whole motor/mirror assembly.

probably have to get the entire assembly.
