Anyone know how to remove the steering wheel from an 07 Chevy Tahoe. I need to swap my bosses steering wheel to a wood grain one we ordered and i dont know how to get the wheel off.... mainly the plastic and the airbag. I have the steering wheel puller...

Isn't there bolts behind the wheel to remove the cover?

get a small allen screw........3-4 mm.....and stick it the hole @ either side of the wheel.

You are releasing a clip when you stick the allen in there...can be kinda tricky.
It always helps me to pull slightly on the airbag when doin it. as soon as you get one side the other is pretty easy.

Imagine an Upside down U.......use the wrench to push one side of the u. Im not reall sure how to describe it

then it pops off.

the airbag connectors have lil safteys you have to pull up on then you can release the connector, if not you sol on a broken connector
