My buddy has a heavily modded Regal GS. Not my thing, but it's a blast ruining people's day in it.
Lol, thanks for the comments guys! ... I know I'm asking this in the wrong section but do any of you guys have suggestions on a headlamp refinishing kit that actually works?

We did the same thing with his Regal and I wasn't completely satisfied with the kit we used, he ended up having a friend at a bodyshop go over them with something within the industry and that did a much better job.
However I watched them do a product demo on one of the Speed channel shows with the 3M kit (easily available) and I was impressed with the results.
they sell a kit at autozone, usually its in the paint isle next to the sandpapers, that includes four steps of sanding and then buffing and finally waxing. It costs around 22 or 23 dollars and it includes an adapter to use a drill. I have used it on a couple of vehicles that have severe damage on the lights with tons of fading. I would say for the price its a pretty good kit. You can always just buy the stuff separate but i crunched the numbers a while ago and it ended up being more expensive.
Thanks for the tips guys!,
RuggedZ, do it! Its an awesome daily driver.

You might be able to wetsand them and then polish the hell out of them.
i did this to my coworkers headlighs.. if you happen to have the mothers power ball. get some of their metal polish compound. rub some of the compound onto the headlight. then go to town with the powerball. works really good and less of a hassle.
Awesome car man!!!
Engine looks like new!
