Well as some of you might know, I sold "Joe's" car recently to buy a new one. So I figured I'd show the .org what I replaced her with.
2001 Toyota Celica GT-S 6-Speed
48,XXX miles
I listed some of the mods in the registry if you are interested. And I'll point it out now since it's kind of hard to tell but it's 2-tone. Top is black and bottom is grey, it's very subtle...
Anyways here she is. Just a cell phone picture for now. I'll post better ones when I get them.
Hmm and what could this be?
I can't wait to put it on...
But it's kind of sad not owning a J anymore. And actually my family is now J-less for the first time in years. So it's different for sure. But I think I made a change for the better...
And that's about it...
Sweet. I've always been a fan. What will that supercharger put-out btw?
I miss the Celica and the RSX/Integra... what a shame they were ditched.

It really just depends on the tuning. I've read anywhere from just under 200hp to 230hp with just bolt ons. I'm hoping for like 210ish, I'd be content...

I think it's just a weird shot, cause it really isn't, just a weird angle? Here is another pic...

Ouch, that hurts .
Nice on the S/C.
Kaminari kit?
Thanks man...
And yep, Kaminari bumpers, sides are RMM...
I know, haha! I'm used to the :

Tuning involved for Greddy kit?
I love it! I have always wanted one of those myself. Not so sure with those wheels on there though, they seem a little too smooth for the lines of the car.
Also is that a GTO spoiler? Or does it just look different because of the angle?
Lanman31337 -F = fatties = do not want. A little chunk in the junk is ok though.

Well I could just run it on the stock map that comes with the E-manange Ultimate, but I actually plan on taking upto Monkeywrench racing up in your old state of residence. From what I understand they are pretty much hands down the best with the 2ZZ motors and it's only about 4 hours from me. So I'll feel much better about the whole setup if they tune it for me...

Yea, even though the car has sharp lines it still has it's smooth parts ( ie: bumpers ). I think the wheels look good on it. Eventually I think I might have them color matched the same color grey as the bottom of the car...
And it's the stock Celica spoiler...
I've seen Monkey Wrench Celica and MR2 in action.
Good call. Awesome rep with those guys. All it takes is a YouTube search.
^^ that might help out alot
none the less looks great!

thank you.
it's not really a concern right now though, the supercharger comes first...lol
Yeah I should have done this, I was looking at a red 01 GTS 6spd, and for some reason bought my 04 LS Sport auto.... Wow what a stupid move that was I must say. Oh well, very nice purchase! I bet your really happy with it.

Thanks for all the comments. And yep, I'm happy with it...
Here are some better pics I took ( and edited ) yesterday...
very nice upgrade, love the kit but the rims kinda clash some. monkeywrench does some awesome @!#$, last i heard the owners celica was going to be running around the 9sec mark and faster.
WOW that looks sick....nice upgrade!

Yea, MWR is definitely the way to go...
Love the kit and color. The wheels I don't hate. Sure there are wheels that might look better, but those look good just the same. The pins kill it for me though. Everything about that car flows so perfectly smooth together and those hood pins scream rice and out of place lol.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Yea, I'm not fond of the pins either but a) they really aren't a bad idea. and b) my buddy picked up the hood used with them so there really wasn't much he could do about them.
I've looked all over for black ones in the same style ( that will bolt up to the existing holes ) and they don't seem to exist. So either I'm going to have to paint these ones ( don't really want to do that because of chipping ). Or get them powder coated black...
