hlep on idle

i have 97 malibu with 2.4. I have code P0507 idle control system rpms to high.I have replaced tps, engine coolant temp, map sensor,idle air control valve cleaned tb and egr put new gaskets for tb and egr. help please

check for vacuum leaks, leaking air intake after the throttle body, EGR valve leaking vacuum, a faulty PCV valve, damaged/failed/dirty throttle body, failed EVAP system, failed IAC or faulty IAC circuit

Check for cracks in the MAP line.
