My father and I just recently inherrited my uncles 98 jeep cherokee. It has the 4.0, 5spd, and is 4wd. It acts as if its loosing fuel pressure while driving sometimes, especially after it has been driven and parked for 30-45 mins. Usually when this happens if you give it more fuel it goes away. Or if you push in the clutch an rev it it also goes away. It has on accasion backfired. I replaced the TPS, IAC, and MAP. Im leaning against fuel pump since it only happens sometimes usually after sitting and when you give it more fuel it straightens out. Any suggestions would be appereciated thanks.
