A lot of that list really surprises me. Although I think it's hilarious that Scions whole line up is on the list. Guess that "Aiming for the younger crowd" pricing is working out well lol.

"you're young and passive, I'll pull you over for an easy ticket because you're frightened by me." I'm so tired of cops. My hometown is a training ground for state troopers. I'm not kidding.

It's what Xavier Canon said. They profile kids because it's an easy ticket. They think modifiying a car is automatically illegal and won't fight it, just pay. The flashier the car, and the younger the driver is amounts to how much you'll get pulled over. I got pulled over for "a little bit of smoke" coming from the tail pipe of my Z24 one morning. I reminded the officer it was January in Michigan and it's 16 degrees out. I think he then realized i'm not THAT stupid. He ran my info and came back and told me to drive safe.
DOUCHE!
It probably helped that i was 30 then and not a kid.

I'm actually a bit surprised, some of them I wouldn't expect.

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.

I started off when i was 16 with a ford probe se with tinted windows, i got pulled over all the time, then i got a shiny bright red 2000 camaro with darker tinted windows and loud dual exhaust at 17 and i only got pulled over once in the entire year and a half i owned it. Now i have an oldsmobile bravada lowered and rolling on 20's, i look like the town drug dealer and the cops dont blink an eye at me. I dont get it

i dont think its really an issue of being 'easier' more so than 'easier' to find and harass i guess.

Wow. Toyota gets half of the entries in there. I'm kind of surprised the Civic isn't on there, given the sheer volume of them, and the following they have in the enthusiast community.

Reaaaaally?
A Jag being least ticketed?!

I guess that's because only retired people drive them.

an outback? everything else I can see.

and I second the civic, they get pulled over all the time here, even after I raced one up a hill and spanked it, the cop pulled a U and pulled his over, most likely because he was following too closely and cause his car said HONDA VTEC, and had no hood, hahaha.

if you lived in the area where brad lived and i also lived you would see thats how it was because people are afraid of getting tickets so they dont do anything wrong and the cops have a quota to make they go for the car with somone younger in it and make stuff up to get people to admit to stuff ............one time i got pulled over and the cop came up behind me and told me that my tuck had dodge caravan licence plates and if i dot tell him where i got them im going to jail i told him to check them again because they belong to the truck and he did and bam slap in his face they belong to a 1970 chevy pickup then he claims he ran the 3 as an 8

yeah, I think some of these guys never grew up with jersey cops as a teenager also.

off the top of my head:

been followed for over 6 miles, while making turns, but the same cop tailgaiting me

got my car towed for no insurance, the insurance card and my policy were perfectly valid, he kept my card insisting it was invalid after I pointed to the dates on the card and was like WTF!?. I had to go back to my insurance company to get the exact same card I had given the cop to get my car out of the impound AND show that same exact card to the judege to get out of the ticket, still had to pay court cost.

had a cop follow me for close to 15min, following me from the moment I had left my house until I had stopped at a gas station, and I had no criminal record or anything.

been pulled over for "weaving" several times when I had witnesses in the car who all agreed I wasant weaving and that cop was just gunning for me

the list goes on but I am at work now and have to get back to work

I don't know why everyone thinks police have a ticket quota... I have some friends that are Police and every single one of them laughs when you ask that. In their own words a there is no quota, it wouldn't work, you can't just make up illegal things, if noone is breaking the law then tickets aren't issued its that's simple. They weren't sure where or when that rumor got started but its simply not true.

but then again its probably a big Police conspiracy cause they are obviously all out to get us!
