just keep in mind once you start messing with the boost pressures you may want to look into fortifying the motor. I know alot of people who have burned up the stock pistons on those things when running higher boost over the course of a season or so.
Your right, Im not going to go to crazy on it just dyno tune it for the mods it has now. But if it does break then thats the time to get forged internals and go all out.

I hear that, had a chance last yr to buy a white lightning,with low miles.
But trading in my ole faithful( f150) for a lightning with payments,kinda lead me to say no.

if/when you spit a spark plug out. Please dont use a steel insert to fix the problem. Buddy at work has a lightning and the owner before him used the steel insert in the head to fix it . That steel causes a hot spot and can lead to detonation. = bad
I seen his spark plug with no electrode welded to the steel insert . Which came back out in one peice.
Now he has more problems as there might have been a tune on it, and he was getting on it and looking down the plug hole with a bore scope wasnt that pretty...

If i remember right,00+ had more threads in the head,so less likely to blow plugs.
