Honda doesn't have the market covered on quality, no matter how long the old rumors live on.

Back in the day, Honda did have some of the best cars built on the road. Hell, alot of them are still out there. As of the past few years....like I'd say 06+, there cars have taken a HUGE dive. There not nearly as good on fuel, they rattle like a GM, there ALL plastic, and breaking all the fuking time. When I worked for Honda, I did more warranty claims for stupid @!#$ on new cars, then I did ANY work on older cars.

Why is everything claimed to be "epic" now days? I laughed a little bit when I first say it but its far from being epic in anyway.

the internet and forums specifically are making grammar and proper word usage a thing of the past...

"this is full of win"
anything good, funny, half decent, or mildly entertaining is automatically EPIC!!! now.
Any and every thread on the internet is "official" for something now....

Seriously, it get's annoying as hell. Pron and teh are not words. Win is not a noun. Neither a joke about a car company, nor a picture of a boob are epic in any way.

Dude, get over it. Is it really that serious what people abbreviate/make slang for on the internet?

Not bashing you, just seems kind of a dumb thing to get bent out of shape about. It's one thing if they have a whole unbroken paragraph full of incoherent ramblings and text typing that is impossible to read or say its the greatest video ever, but quite another if they give their opinion on a car commercial.

Teh 2 cents has been given, kthanxbye.

Actually no, it's not as simple as an abbreviation here and there most of the time. People speak in completely incoherent paragraphs all the time on the internet and the dumb sounding internet lingo is leaking into real speak. I hear, almost daily, someone say "the car needs pulled in", "the dishes need done", "the car needs dropped". Those aren't sentences AT ALL. It's a shame that grammar like that is accepted, and words like "ain't" are now actually in dictionary's. Just a big pet peeve of mine I guess. But it has become such normalcy that no one sees the need to speak properly anymore.

Oh I hear you completely as far as people doing it in real life, THAT drives me crazy. Really just sounds stupid and uneducated.

But really, with all of the phones and things people type with on the internet nowadays, can you really blame them for shortening certain phrases and paragraphs online? It can be difficult to type long responses on those tiny little keyboards for some people especially if they're trying to type quickly. I personally believe that is what started it, whether it's still the reason or if people just feel like typing weird all the time is debatable.

God I sound like an old person talking about technology haha. And by the way, the commercial wasn't really that funny.

oh my GOD, dustin... give us a break!

you better stop cussing in real life too, otherwise the proper etiquette police are going to hunt you down.

why do people take the internet so seriously? its the god damned internet not tea and crummpats at granny's house in london circa 1809.

I must confess... I feel like a monster!

Swearing once in a while is different than flat out not knowing how to speak in actual English...

ok, true... however, how can you make that judgment of people, especially people you have never met? you say they dont know how to speak proper english, i say its called being lazy and not caring.. because well.. it is THE INTERNET.

granted, i get annoyed by 'internet/text' talk once and awhile as well but it is no reason to go postal on people about now is it?
