I dont know if this is the rite place to ask but i got a 94 pontiac grand am 3.1, im trying to remove the whole entire dash board to access the fuse panel and the reason the fuse's to the door lock and the instrutment panel lights burn out when you replace the fuse and i mean rite away. I know it doesnt really contain to cavaliers but im stuck on this, any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

you do not need to remove the WHOLE dash board to get to fuses. lol most GM cars have a fuse panel on the side of the dash on the drivers side. even says fuse sometimes. somewhere along the line you have a wire grounding.

now unless your trying to remove the actual fuse panel assembly. get your tools out your gonna need it haha. Get yourself a multi meter you will need that too.

well thats exactly what im trying to do is remove the entire fuse panel assembly, one or two wires are shot, gonna try to repair em' somehow.
