love the wheel/tire combo. Great looking saturn!
I love IONs..... my friends mom has an older base model 5 speeds 2 door and it is a quick and fun little ride..... I would loooove to drive a redline, i bet they are pretty quick considering how quick the base model is...
so you had the top of the trunk wrapped? isnt the majority of the body on that plastic?

Outside the box, yet so clean and simple. Two thumbs up!
Nice my redline needs those tires.
I like the trunk but you really cant tell too much that it is CFed untill you are really close cause it goes with the color so closely.
i'm sure you can in the sunlight... cf pops in direct light and all the shots posted are on a cloudy day.

Nevar! But I do want to paint a 1/8" or 1/4" line on edges of the trunk, then have CF laid on rear or trunk like this:
then paint the part where the bottom of the tails end, oh and I want that freakin spoiler. It's too bad RKSport didn't make that trunk piece. Might paint a 1/8" to a 1/4" line around the sides and front of hood as well as the underside. But this is when I come into money, which wont be in the near future lol.
The trunk itself is fiberglass with a CF top, and with the other piece on I can lift it with 2 fingers. The stock hood and trunk were both metal so yes I saved quite a bit of weight and eff what haters say I like the look of a CF weave...
Spoiler also covers merge point as well:
I like the trunk the way it is. I would describe it as a nice touch.
I'm a fan of the Ion. I'd drive your car.
Noise Maker aka Polished Stainless Steel Oval Magnaflow Muffler and Dual Wall Tip
