Where is the best place to buy a replacement wheel for a 07 cobalt. I just need the 15" Steel wheel. Bent the rim a while back and it is letting air out.

The dealer? Auto parts store? You should be able to get steelies almost anywhere. If you're concerned about price, you could check the junkyard. Most of them have a mountain of steelies.
