The Sunfire stays, no worries
Got another car yesterday though, here's a few teaser shots! I was going to go take some nice shots of it today, but ran out of time between getting an alignment & then going to a demo derby. So teasers are all there are for now!
Black with blue & green flake, hard to get a shot of it that really shows how beautiful it is!

yeah.... shifter/console/steering wheel gave that away FAST.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

What year is it? I'm entertaining the idea of a new car. Just not sure if I want a car payment or not. I really had my heart set on a IS350 but having second thoughts. The subaru legacy and Audi A4 are high on my list now. I think the Legacy is a little small for what I want though. I'm getting more and more set on the Audi A4 Wagon.

Aren't the a4's turbo? My mom has an 08 leggy and it is really nice and the ride is smooth. Has decent power for dd duties.
I kinda of want a LGT. Which is pretty much a grown up WRX.
In any case. Nice pickup. Your going to love it.
Yea the A4 is turbo. If I went legacy it would be GT so either way its turbo. I still love the IS350 though.
a newer subie. a legacy maybe.
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
09 Legacy!?!?
Was actually sitting in one thursday at the dealer
its like an 05-06 legacy gt. love that color too.
Figured you guys were paying attention all the times I told people to get a Legacy GT instead of a WRX... so I finally was able to take my own advice! She's a 2005 Legacy GT Limited, top of the line for the year. 250hp turbo, with more options than you can shake a stick at! Sport shift with steering wheel shift buttons, leather, heated mirrors/seats, windshield deicer, 8 way power driver seat, 4 way power passenger seat, power windows/locks, 6 disc changer, homelink, dual climate zone, fog lights & projector headlights, auto dim mirror, rear seat pass through... I think that covers most of it.
She went on the lot on July 1, my husband saw her July 2 around 1pm & I drove her home at 5
It's not that they're rare around here, but I got a heck of a deal at $8k under blue book. She has 65,xxx miles, so just broken in really! She has her flaws for a 5 year old car, and the previous owner got to know a lot of curbs unfortunately, but she's still one sharp cookie!

This car is HUGE. There is more than enough leg room in the back for an adult with the front seats comfortably adjusted back. Tons of head room too. The trunk is bigger than big with a large opening that makes it actually usable. I get you on the wagon thing though too, I have an Outback. And honestly, I'm not sure which has more room now that I got the Legacy! I think the Legacy's trunk is deeper than the cargo area of the Outback, but obviously a wagon can take taller items around easier. A4s to me look small, but I've never been around one either.
good pickup.
i was looking at a 2005 gt before i got the camaro. the gt was a little out of my price range

A friend of mine has one of those in black. Very nice car, and very quick.

I really had my eye on an 08 Pearl White Legacy GT. How is the back seat? Thats going to be the big thing. The IS is nice but when I put two kids back there it gets a little crowded. Do the rear seats fold down? Plus, since I parted out the integra I kind of want to make the IS300 a toy. Meaning no back seat, full cage, turbo, all the good stuff.

Nice car!
Yea, I like the legacy GT. I been browsing a lot and I'm getting set on the STI hatch though. Thats another story I wont steal her thread. You can buy my miata though

Most were out of my price range too, that's why when I found this one under my max., I snagged it up immediately! I really don't want car payments right now because I've got some hefty medical bills I'm paying on, oh well! We'll make it work.

There is plenty of room in the back seat. Not sure of any interior changes, but '05-'07 were the same for exterior design, so '08/'09 may be different. I'm not the biggest fan of the '08/'09 design, so I haven't looked at them much. The rear seat doesn't fold down, which is one of the odd things that you'd think most cars would do! It has an arm rest that pulls down & then the part behinds that pulls down as well to become a pass-through. I'd say it's maybe a foot wide, enough for some lumber or something similar. There are anchors for 3 kids seats, whether that's comfortable would be another thing though hah! I don't have kids, so I'm not too familiar with what kind of space is good. The back of the front seats are hard plastic, a cargo net is on the passenger's seat so they wouldn't be kicking leather or cloth if they do that sort of thing. Adults would be comfy back there though. Pearl white is beautiful, along with silver those are the 2 colors I preferred, but I couldn't argue with the color on the price I got. Don't forget that you can always get a GT wagon, that would be the best of both worlds! I think the back seats in all wagons will lay down.

Nice car!
Hah thanks!
nice car for sure. and i can vouch for the room in the back seat as well. im 6', 270ish and i fit comfortably in the back seat of one of those with the front seats adjusted pretty far back. things to watch for, the rear cup holders on legacy's (in general) are pretty fliumsy. if you accidently lay something on it, or a kid kicks it when its open, it will break. they're made like @!#$, and its like $100 something to replace (you said you dont have kids though so prob no worries). i've seen a few of em come back around 80k with blown turbos, mostly from people who dont know how to get their oil changed, but so long as you take care of it (like anything else) you'll be good. i HATE the design of the oil pan on the '05/'06. the drain plug on the GT's for only those 2 years points awkwardly for the undercover, so its awkward when compared to any other subie oil pan. and when you remove the plug completely oil won't stream out nicely, it will kinda spray out, and it makes a nice mess outta the undercover. not a huge deal but having changed the oil on many a GT it gets to be annoying to have to spray down and clean the undercover every single time. '07 they changed it to how it still is now, which is better.
nice new ride, good luck with it!

Thanks for the tips on the oil change. May just have to pick one of these up.

Good info, thanks! My Outback doesn't even have rear cup holders, so just having some is a plus haha! I popped them out & back in for a minute, but haven't really checked them out much. We'll be careful! We plan on doing an oil change soon, hope it doesn't make too much of a mess. I'm hoping the previous owner changed the oil, but I'm not confident in it after my alignment. They said the things they adjust to align were rusty & made a lot of noise & that they don't think it's been adjusted before. The steering wheel was way crooked & there's a lot of road rash on the wheels, ugh... so if they didn't adjust that, maybe they didn't change oil either. Who knows. That's the fun part of buying a used car!

I will when I take some. I didn't even drive it yesterday hah! We went out to some trails for bike riding, so we took my Outback instead... then met up with the LS1 guys for fireworks, so we took the WS6
Hoping to take her out today to snap some pics at some point.
