Those pipes sound amazing. The one I rode sounded like a v8 rolling down the road. You will definitely love that bike. I know I did when I rode a buddies.
Yeah the sound is beautiful with the new cross plane. And yeah It was just inside to work on it untill the weather got nice. I put 10 miles on it yesterday. Supposed to rain all weekend and wash the last of the sale off the road.

The thought of cutting up a 1400 dollar set up slip ons scared me a little bit at first but I finally said @!#$ it.

Still gotta get the dyno tune done, she was laying down 157.8 and 78.6 so very interested to see what shes gunna do with the stacks, shorter pipes, headers and Full Tune...Should see high 160's low 170's to the wheel.
Still debating on a regear.
I have yet to ride a newer one. How do you like it compared to the 04-08 style?

well the 04-06 and 07-08 are different. But I like the 09+ better. I found a brand new 08 Left over but after riding both, I just fell in love with the newer generation.
