Anybody familiar with these model Pontiac's?
I just recently had to replace my inst cluster, and everything is working fine.

Today tho. the low beams are coming on when i start the car.
I pulled the fuse, and that seemed to reset them, as they turned off and my DRL'S came on instead.
But tonight i get in start it up and the lows are on again, so i pull the fuse and give it a min put it back in, start the car, and the lights are on again.

So i unplug the battery for 20 mins and still the same thing.

Anybody have any ideas whats causing it?

I'm not completely positive but I believe grand ams 1996 and newer have automatic headlamps. Might be fighting something you cannot change. I know my Montana has auto headlights and if I start it during the day in the shadow of a building or tree the headlamps will be on.

I thought that to, but i cant find a sensor anywhere.
I know for sure i have DRL, and they should turn on when put into drive, but my lows stay on constant.
And earlier i thought i had it fixed by pulling the fuse, but now their back on.
