VE tuning questions

Ok I got my wideband O2 yesterday and have it installed on the car. I have it pulling into HPT. Car is running soo rich. Gets down to 11.50's at times. Until today I have not messed with histograms. Truly did not like them. Still do not really. I know I could tune without using them, but I'm going to tery it. I read shifted's tuning FAQ. Very helpful. My questions come after following these steps :
) Set all the cells to 255 -Is it ok that it is at 256 and not 255?
2. Set the target AFR
a) Go to Engine>Fuel Control>Power Enrich
b) Click on the Base AFR vs ECT
c) Set your desired AFR at each particular ECT. I did not adjust these, because the target AFR was set at what I want it to be, is this ok?
d) Open the Mult vs RPM and set the multiplier for each RPM to hit the target AFR in that RPM cell Was not sure what to set this at? I left it stock?
3) Turn off any injector pulsewidth modifications
a) Go to Engine>Fuel Control>General Fuel
b) Click on the IPW Multiplier vs RPM table
c) Set the entire table to 1.0 Mine was already at 1.0 all the way. Is this normal?

Ok I will stop with that. Thanks

a) Go to Engine>Fuel Control>Power Enrich
b) Click on the Base AFR vs ECT
c) Set your desired AFR at each particular ECT. I did not adjust these, because the target AFR was set at what I want it to be, is this ok?Yes, whatever you want it at. Remeber what AFR you will make the most power at in a turbo car though...
d) Open the Mult vs RPM and set the multiplier for each RPM to hit the target AFR in that RPM cell Was not sure what to set this at? I left it stock?

a) Go to Engine>Fuel Control>General Fuel

c) Set the entire table to 1.0 Mine was already at 1.0 all the way. Is this normal? Mine were all different stock on an 04 eco, manual. Guess if there all 1 now I wouldn't sweat it.

Ok I will stop with that. Thanks

I didn't realize you were tuning NA, however all my answers still apply. Just set that AFR to whatever a NA makes the most power at. Seems like I have heard as rich as 12.5??? Don't quote that though.
