Hey Everyone, I tried searching for the answer for this, but I have an Innovate LM-1, and need a new sensor.....tonight.....

I know there are "over the counter" sensors you can use with the innovate units. But I dont know any part numbers. Now my local auto parts store employees are a lil but dense, and I would like to tell them I need an o2 sensor for a specific vehicle, and have it be the correct one, a part number for Bosch, or something else that the counter lacky would understand easily.

Any help would be appreciated, and sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldnt find it

Bosch LSU 4.2 2002-2003 VW 1.8 Turbo engines,should be about $80

I'm pretty sure that's it. Take your cable with you and make sure the connectors plug together.

Sweet, I thought it was out of a turbo Jetta or something like that but couldnt remember.

I had gone there earlier and asked for a Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor, and they looked at me like I had snakes coming from my ears.....

I was hoping to stop on my way home from work to grab it, but looks like I will be swinging home first for my cable.

Stop at Advanced Auto. They have the cheapest price for that sensor. ( Part # 17014 about $51 )

You happen to know if that has any kind of warranty on it?

I think Bosch has a limited 1 year warrenty. I still need to buy an extra myself.

I need to find somewhere with a lifetime warranty......but 1 year is a good start....

but if they are only $51....ima buy a couple.

I am not sure you will find a lifetime warrenty on a part like that. It is worth a try though
