Does this seem unusually low to anyone else? I've tried 2 (both used) sensors and they show within.02v of each other. Fully closed shows .9-.91v.
This with the Tec3,key on (not running) monitoring engine.

Sorry, should have addressed that earlier. All 5v outputs check 4.97-4.98v...
I think I'll go down and get a new sensor later just to make sure.

Take the sensor off and turn the pot by hand (the little wiper inside the sensor) with it connected to the wiring harness and the ignition on (not running). Check the voltages on both reference and output, and also make sure your ground is good.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
have you verifed that you are getting to WOT for real.
Other than that, it sounds low but many aftermarket setups fall to the low side in my experience.

Ya,I had my kid mash the peddle while I looked down the throttle body. I'll get some free time later tonight to double check everything before I go get a new TPS.
Thanks for the help guys.

Went and got a new sensor. Still checks the same so I just adjusted the parameters in the Tec and fired right up. Still can't the cam sync. to work right so I switched out the high imp. injectors for some low imp. Delphi's and switched to batch fire it idles like a dream.
Hopefully I can get it out on the road this weekend and see how it does.
