I have just installed the emanage in my car and it is working but when I went to install the ignition harness the car doesn't start. I switched the wires around and still nothing. I currently have the ignition harness off so I can drive the car. I' installing my turbo next week and was hoping you guys had some insight on what could be wrong.

Orange/white wire getting the signal from the PCM(Orange wire)
Orange/Black wire going to the plugs(Orange wire)
Blue/White getting signal(White wire)
Blue/Black wire going to plugs(White wire)

If I had to guess, your jumpers inside of the e-manage are screwed up.

Make sure of the following:

JP1 is across pins 1-2
JP2 is acress pins 1-2


Chances are that's why your car is crapping out. Also, are any of your connections crimped? If so, you should be slapped with a wet noodle. NEVER crimp such important ecu connections. That's suicide. ALWAYS solder and then waterproof them.

I have to check the jumpers, the connections are soldered however. Also is the interaction light supposed to be flashing all the time?

My interaction light flashes all the time on mine...

Mr. Pute, what did you use to waterproof your connections?

Not too sure about the interaction light.

I used some stuff I got at meijer made by 3M. It's specifically made to waterproof over electrical tape. Solder the connection, wrap it in electrical tape, then smother it in this stuff. Works really good.

Did you check your jumpers yet?

I forgot to check the jumpers I'll do that tomorrow. I was helping a friend install his turbo and I lost track of time.

I checked jumper settings and the are correct, IDK what else to check. On a side not I just got to look at all my data in real time and that is the cooolest thing evar.
