i know a few company that either sell a tuning solution or a drop in pcm, but no major company's? i'm just confused why jet chips makes programing for the 2200 in the s10 but nothing for the cavi or sun fire?
is there a cheaper sulution that i do not know about? just crazy that i got a pcm for my gtp for 100 buck yet a caviler is 300+ almost anyway you look at it!
I would be curious to look at the s10 2200 code vs the stock s10 code. My guess is that we could port the maps to a cavi flash.
from the way the web page looks you just run it in line with the pcm, so basiclly you just pull the pcm plug bolt this in place then bolt the pcm wiring to this. but they do have a stage 1 and 2 curious on what they actually do.
i was talking about jet chips, even if they are junk, it would be nice if there was just a drop in tune even if it improved a little bit, because not everyone will buy a tuner. i was just using them as a example of a bigger company that makes a tune or reprogram for the same engine just in an other model but same make.
think of if they made a tune for the lsx but just for the corvette but not for the firebird same 5.7 is just doesn't make sense why they would not offer it for the other model's
