So, does anyone know what all vehicles I can use the injectors clips from with the ford greentops? Like most fords, can I use the clips from pre 99 ld9s like the browntops? Gona hit the yard and pick some up.
Also, Im having a problem leaning out. I just put in the 440's and a tuned pcm from the same vehicle, wiring them was a bitch using small crimping terminals but im pretty sure all the wiring is cool but thinknig one of the injectors is bad? Cruising Im around high 14-high 15's afrs with lean spikes, and the afr wont even realy drop below 14 even going into boost. I got on it once and let off quickly when I saw the afr up around 12.6 at wot, dont remember what rpm. I wana pick up some clips with wiring and solder them in, but whats the simplest way to test the injectors to make sure their working properly?
Im using pretty much the whole turbo setup that the pcm and injectors are from, everything is the same just from another 01 auto z. I figure its starving for fuel somewhere being that lean even in cruising, and idle afr is up around high 14-low 16 so I figure the injectors are functioning properly. Im gona test them like said, whats the simplest way to do so to check all my wiring is cool and the injectors are working properly?

Don't crimp injectors, solder them to the harness and heat wrap everything.
If there is a question about the integrity of the injects take them to a diesel injection service which services large diesel motors, they should be able to test them and rebuild them if needed. They will put them on a test bed and check the flow rates, etc. It usually only costs about 30 bucks to get 4 done and they will replace any worn out seals/o-rings.

Yes I know Im gona pick up some clips with actual wire on them from the yard tomorow and solder them in, the clips I got had little crimping terminals which pushed down into the actual clip/plug. Im hoping that its just a bad connection, if not Ill have the injectors checked out.

So basically any like older 90's hondas(d's,b's and f series') and older ford/mazda motors will plug right up? Anyone know anything else just incase?
I picked some up off an early 90's accord, didnt look like they would work but they do. Havnt tested them out yet, just let it idle for a few minutes but its realy @!#$ty weather out right now. It also looks like 2.3 quad clips will work as well, but theons I saw at the yard were cut like flush off where the wire was so I didnt grab them.
