Im getting my TB bored over, my question is will my computer automatically adjust to more air coming in or should I adjust for it in HPT somewhere? If I should use HPT which tables should I be looking at?

you using the MAF?
if not, it won't be compensated for. you should be retuning the VE tables.
althought I doubt increasing the bore of the throttle body by a mil or two will make much difference in overall flow.
