What does it do?
While I'm at it. What is the Speed Limiter 2? Is that for reverse?
Ive always set speed limiters 1 and 2 at the same value, no idea the difference but it helps to be consistant
You don't have an automatic so I don't see how torque reduction would even come into play

i always thought that table was either useless or reduced engine torque when we shift to reduce stress on the trans. not sure which one though
