It took me about a month to finish.
I've still got a few things to iron out.
1'st: I'm apparently running a map around 180 kpa max.
But i'm only running around 5-6 psi.
I've got the map settings set correctly for my version sensor.
I do however have have like 5 thing running of 1 manifold nipple.
It goes like this,
Manifold, Y tee,
One goes to ms
The other goes to another tee which goes to my fuel rail, bov, wastegate, boost gauge. lol
I'm gotta find something to adapt that stock map sensor hole, then ms will run of that.
But i'm not thinking this is my problem cuz my boost gauge is reading a steady 5-6 psi.
Either than that it just needs some better tuning.
I'm waiting for some more free time to build a detcan.
Probably this weekend.
If anyone has a spark map they can export or tune file I would love to look over some others.
Thx.
Is there a selector or setting for what map sensor you are running? 180 kPa absoute is about 12PSIG - like double what your gauge is reading. Do you need to calibrate the MAP voltage in MS?
I'm just throwing out ideas, I"ve never worked with MS

Yup I've got it set for the correct voltages per my model map sensor.....
So it's throwing me for a loop.
Maybe I am boosting 12 psi?
Lol but I rly dont think My but dyno and boost gauge have failed me for the last year....
Any other ideas?
Reload firmware?
Are you running the latest 2.89 code?
i find it amusing that SHOoff has nothing better to do but follow me around & be an unhelpful dick in even cross-forum. - Jon Mick
Yup. 2.89 B&G
Still haven't figured it out.....
Lol runs good regardless....
But It's going to screw my ve map when I get it to register properly.....
Ugh
Hmm..... Are you absolutely sure that you have the correct sensor in there? There are 2 internal MAP's listed in MegaTune for it. One of them is the older MAP sensor that they don't use anymore. It could mess with your settings if you were on the wrong one. But I didn't think the old sensor was supposed to measure boost. Unless for some reason you got ahold of a MS unit that was built before 02.
Other than that, maybe ask on the Megasquirt-II boards. They know their @!#$. I know I had an issue with my idle right at first, and they got me squared away good.

Yeah I asked on the Ms forums.
Almost got it figured out.
I'm running 15-13 dregress advance above 100 kpa.
Seems really low.
I don't have my detcan or electronic stethascope yet, so im not changing it yet.
Just wondering.
