1st question. Will the stock ECU continue to run the fuel pump if it does not see an ignition pulse? Trying to gander into the possibility of saving an output on the MS-II here.
2nd. How does the ECU see the ignition pulse? I know that the crank sensor is wired right to the ICM. What I don't know is what happens from there. Does the ICM send a pulse to the ECU every time a notch passes the sensor, or does it send a pulse to the ECU every time it discharges one of the coils?
