How does it get wired to the unit? Do you only need to plug the sensor to the hpt box, or do you need to have the wideband controller? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never owned a wideband and haven't done anything with HPT yet.
yes you need the controller. And if you have a pro version of hpt then you just wire the output of the wideband to i/o box from hpt. if you dont have pro you need to do some other stuff like wire the output to some other 5v sensor for the pcm (like a/c pressure).

Wait do you just plug the sensor into the HPT module? or do you have to go; Sensor--->sensor controller---->hpt module
